By accessing and using onesta., you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services Provided

onesta. provides:

• Processing and organizing accounting documents
• Preparing draft reports and declarations
• Document management assistance
• Access to software platforms (ecorg.ro, one-conta.ro)
• Connection with certified accounting partners (optional)

4. Limitations and Responsibilities

Important:

• Romania Business Labs SRL is NOT a CECCAR certified accounting firm
• We prepare documents in draft format for review
• Final responsibility for verification and submission remains with client or their accountant
• We do not assume responsibility for errors not reported by client during validation
• We do not file declarations on behalf of client - this remains the authorized accountant's responsibility

5. User Obligations

As a user, you commit to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Verify draft documents and reports before submission
• Confirm accuracy of data prepared by our team
• Maintain confidentiality of platform access credentials
• Comply with applicable accounting and tax laws

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to ecorg.ro and one-conta.ro platforms belong to Romania Business Labs SRL. Copying, reproducing or distributing content without written permission is prohibited.

7. Fees and Payments

Fees are individually determined based on document volume and service complexity. Specific commercial terms are established through a separate contract.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days notice. In case of serious breach, termination may be immediate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Romania Business Labs SRL is not liable for: indirect losses, unrealized profit, damages caused by incorrect data provided by client, or inability to use services due to reasons beyond our control.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Romania.
